Although we completely understand how upsetting it is to discover that a loved one, friend, or neighbor is living in a potentially unhealthy and dangerous situation, we can only work with you as a third party if you have a Durable Power of Attorney, Conservatorship, or are the person or persons who are the legal owners of the contents, If so, please call the Owner, Michelle Quintana, at 562-972-3180 to discuss their issue, since we require our clients to sign a work order and release of liability prior to the start of any project. We are also glad to schedule a one-time, 3-way call with you and the person(s) with the issue by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, at no charge. |
